The inn is situated in a lovely location near a university, with many nearby restaurants to choose from and a subway stop within walking distance. the ground floor rooms are rather large and neatly furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice terrace to relax on.

The value for this inn wasn't great and the room was a bit cramped, lacking in any views.

The family, style inn I stayed in last weekend was perfect for my short stay. the owners were incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. My room was not only well, decorated but also new and super clean. I loved the fact that it was only a 6, minute walk to the nearest subway station, which made it very easy to explore the area. the quiet and safe neighborhood allowed me to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Although the water pressure was not the strongest and the temperature could have been warmer, the bath area was still nice. the location was slightly out of the center of town, which could be a negative thing for some guests.

The cozy atmosphere in this family-style inn was perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quaint terrace where we could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurant and food shop options nearby and easy access to public transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were fluent in English and were always available to answer any questions I had. I was even given a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was amazing - it was very clean and well-organized, with plenty of space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff made sure I had fresh towels and water bottles every day. the quality of service and attention to detail were outstanding.
